Outreach and Marketing Coordinator

Jocelyn Anaya Galvan

Jocelyn will lead community outreach and marketing initiatives for Menlo Spark, bringing her strong background in public service and community outreach. Before joining Menlo Spark, Jocelyn served as the Community Manager for two city council districts in Phoenix, Arizona, where she worked directly with residents to connect them with city resources and amplify neighborhood priorities in local government decision-making. Jocelyn earned her bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology from Santa Clara University. In her pursuit to understand the impacts of climate change on marginalized communities, Jocelyn also conducted original research on the experiences of people with mobility disabilities during climate-related disasters. At Santa Clara University, she advocated for campus diversity and inclusion initiatives as Chair of Hermanas Unidas, a student organization supporting the academic and professional success of Latine women.
